After your order is confirmed (with a $200 minimum rental spend for delivery and setup), your items are reserved for your date. From there, we take care of the details so you can simply relax and celebrate.
Rental FAQs
Is there a rental minimum?
For orders requiring delivery and setup, we require a $200 rental minimum. If you’re choosing local pick-up and return, no minimum spend is required.
Do you provide setup and styling?
Yes! Labor and setup fees apply for rentals that need on-site installation. Pricing is based on the scope of work and will be shared during booking.
Is delivery included?
Local delivery within 45 miles of Kannapolis, NC is complimentary. For events beyond this radius, a mileage fee of $0.75 per mile applies. Delivery includes both drop-off and pickup of rental items at your location. Additional travel fees may apply.
Can you create custom pieces?
Absolutely! With our in-house woodworking & design shop, we can design and build custom rental items tailored to your vision. Pricing and timelines will be provided based on your request.
What happens if an item is damaged?
All rentals must be returned in the same condition they were delivered/provided. Damaged, missing, or excessively soiled items will result in additional charges.
How do I reserve my items?
To secure your rentals, we require a signed rental agreement and a deposit. Your items will be reserved once your order is finalized, with the balance due prior to delivery.
